Our honey is extracted in small batches and is processed completely by hand at Higher Kellacott, West Devon. It is presented in hexagonal jars and is available in the following varieties and jar sizes:

Clear Honey

Honey is clear when extracted from the hive. It will granulate naturally over time, but can be cleared at any time by standing in hot water.

Our Clear (runny) Honey is available in the following sizes:

Soft Set Honey

Our Soft Set Honey is made by using a ‘Honey Creaming Machine’. The honey is periodically stirred using a paddle over a period of several day, controlling the granulation process to produce a lovely smooth spreadable soft honey. It is available in the following sizes:
